🐎 Aloga Nationals Entries

Thank you for your interest in the Aloga Nationals (17–21/12/2025)!Entries open on december 1st — make sure to submit and pay to secure your place.

When accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to your entries. Please check all details carefully.

📝 Information required:FEI Number · Breeder Name · Owner Name · Sire · Dam · Dam’s Sire · Microchip · Studbook

🔍 FEI Check-In Procedure

• FEI check-in is mandatory for all horses, National and International.

• All horses must be vaccinated according to FEI regulations (Equine Influenza and EHV-1 requirements). Please make sure vaccinations are up to date before arrival.

• Register your horse’s temperature in the FEI HorseApp from Sunday 14/12 until Sunday 21/12/2025.

• Hand in your horse’s passport to the FEI vet upon arrival. Passports can be collected at the show office upon check-out.

  
  

📦 Arrivals:

• Wednesday 17/12 & Thursday 18/12 between 09:00 – 17:00.After 17:00, the stable managers’ office will be closed and no FEI vet will be on site for check-in.

  
  

💳 Payments & Administration

• Unpaid entries will be automatically removed once a class is full.

• Cancellations and prize money will be transferred to the account number listed in Equipe.⚠️ No account number in Equipe by the closing date = no refund or prize money.

• Invoices will be issued based on the information in your Equipe profile, so please ensure all details are complete and correct.
